There is a Canadian in Gitmo that has been mistreated and does not have recourse to a fair trial. He is supposedly “accused” of very serious crimes, but who knows what they are.

I am one Canadian who would not want to travel and depend on my government for aid if something happened to me. It is not the first time you gave up a Canadian who is innocent so the Americans can torture him or her.
Bend over for George some more. That kid in Gitmo, guilty or innocent is entitled to humane treatment and a fair trial in a reasonable time frame.
If you haven’t got the guts or the compassion to resolve this, quit.
