Obama said something to that effect in respect to the terrorists.
It is a straightforward statement that is hard to deny. During the LA riots, there were many fires, vandalism and looting. I was there at the time it happened and I wondered to myself, why are these people destroying their own neighborhoods? It is not as if they are rich enough to rebuild them. It is only going to add to their own suffering later.
I sympathize with the Palestinians, but sending rockets or suicide bombers into civilian areas of Israel serves no purpose except to irritate and meanwhile innocents die.
The terrorists are so consumed by hate they lost their own sense of humanity.
In the end, what did Bin Laden accomplish? Other than the fact he is notorious and wanted, what good did he do for those who follow him?
I haven’t heard anything positive.
