If there is going to be world trade there should be one world currency

It only makes sense.

Why have all these currencies rising and falling and people making one or two US dollars a say in their own sweatshop countries and people in America making over one hundred US dollars a day for the same work?

Then if you consider the fact that most products and raw materials including fuel are less expensive to purchase in the USA as elsewhere, you see a problem.

Once the playing field is leveled around the world with currency and trade, the minimum wages of the rich and poor countries should stabilize to the same amount, giving the impoverished an opportunity to dream of middle class quality of life one day and the doctor in a third world country having an opportunity to achieve a middle class living.

It is only an idea and will never happen but it makes sense to me.
