I remember once having such an experience, where I was looking at my own body, but I can’t be sure whether it was a dream or real.
At least two occasions in my life I had dreams so vivid that in the dream I realized I had to wake up and couldn’t. The only way I could exit the dream was by forcing my eyelids open with my fingers as they would not open on their own.
That was scary and I don’t think I am nuts.
Can you imagine having an out of body experience, travelling anywhere and not having to pay for meals, hotels or rent a cars.
Your spirit would just “float” there.
You could guide your spirit into the boardrooms and make a ton by “insider” trading and no one could charge you because they couldn’t prove it.
The more I think about this idea the more I like it. I’m going to sleep.
