The Poor Farmers of this World get an IOU for $15 Billion

L’AQUILA, Italy – World leaders have launched a $15 billion initiative to help farmers in poor countries boost production in a shift in the way the West tackles world hunger.

According to a draft statement obtained by The Associated Press, the money will be distributed over three years. Not all of it is new funding, though, and several countries are already well behind in aid pledges to Africa made four years ago….source yahoo.com.

Is it possible that if they were paid a little more for their efforts and the middle men recieved a little less the farmers may not be poor?

If this $15 Billion, which is not enough to save Chrysler, GM, Fannie, Freddie, AIG or a few others, is ever issued, who will get it?  The administrators.

I can see some poor farmer receiving a check for $1,000 after everyone gets through dividing the spoils.

  1. We can see that governments would rather secure the availability of cars in the future than the food that we need to live.

Can’t these morons see that we cannot eat these cars?
