Is God a prude?

Why should a topless coffee shop anger people?

The angry people don’t have to go there, do they?

Do the people who are topless, have to accept the job?  Is someone standing behind them, forcing them to reveal their breasts?  Some women like walking around impressing the men folk with their assets.

What is there to be angry about?  Personally, I don’t frequent coffee shops so it doesn’t make a difference and I am not going to waste my angry emotion on something like this.

There are more than three billion females on this planet and I daresay most have breasts.  Not only that, we are all born naked.

If God was a prude, we would have clothes on when we popped out, but it doesn’t work that way.

Every other species on this planet walks, crawls, flies, makes love in birthday suits, except for us

Damn, we are an unusual bunch aren’t we? :)

  1. an odd bunch indeed!
    topless coffee sounds funny
    what makes them angry?

    I find it hilarious when people get bent out of shape about things like this. WHO CARES? It’s like You say, if it bugs You, don’t go there! I agree with Your last statement as well. You know, we are the ONLY SPECIES ON THE PLANET that is incapable of just BEING. We’ve created so much bulls*&t with which to busy ourselves that we miss A LOT of life. Just silly.

    Thanks for the laugh and Cheers and Namaste All! :)

  2. what’s the big deal if it’s legal? are people that insecure? they be better off worrying about their own business than to bother with policing the coffee shops. geez…

    • Hi Lynn;

      I was thinking of cashing in on this great money making opportunity. Topless patrols for the prudes. For $200 an hour I would send four armed grandmas into every coffee shop in a certain zip code and report any where anyone is topless :)

  3. The thing is we are born naked but then again we aren’t born with any sexual desires. Can you imagine an unstable man goin in to one of these coffees shops with topless women, then going out and committing rape on some girl who was modestly dressed, all because his sexual appetite has been aroused.

    its like violence on tv has lead to ppl enacting violent crimes, kids play the scenes out on other children.

    What we see and hear affect us in some way form or other. We shouldn’t just look at the short term bit of excitement but the long term consequences of all that society indulges in.
