Some of us cross into pain and pathos through our intentional behavior, while others are the unwilling recipients of events beyond our particular lives. Do any of us want to see the rough edge of raw emotion, stemming from rage and fear, or damage and the aftermath? “Isn’t It a Pity”
Sir Ichabod, I bow to you again, in that way we have, knowing that somewhere you will tell me again what I wish to hear, to further my reach into the beyond. How we got this far, I don’t know, still there is something about the lives of those needing hope, and getting a rope to pull those to safety, if only for a moment. Be grateful.

I clicked that so I could go get a CD to play, Arlo Guthrie singing Alice’s Restaurant…..
A Thanksgiving treat, for those of us who have eaten too much…, or something.
This seminal discussion helped me to decide that as a patriot, there were things I should do.

I am grateful to be alive, and able to listen to Arlo…. Or Listen to Any of the other musical genre’s that I happen to enjoy, including “Somewhere over the Rainbow” by IZ, a Hawai’ian, for those of you that don’t know. Oz songs written by a man that knew the Great Depression. Look into it.
Yip Harburg also wrote “If I only had a Brain” and “Brother, can you Spare a Dime”.
i spent some time listening to Weather Report, wondering what they sounded like live, and I heard the audience clapping, and I was answered.

Being Bouzouki, I love music, even if I can’t hear anything coming into my left ear, I am still grateful for being alive, and I think, love is the hidden key, and I am grateful for being able to LOVE, and with that I will remember all of you as I wish Arlo a Wonderful Thanksgiving, again.

Deep in debt to each incoming breath
With out a word misspoken

I guess it would not surprise you to see me listening to “Live Dead”
The Grateful Dead being those that were given a decent burial by a wandering soul, doing the right thing.
